Shipping and delivery

We are committed to getting your handcrafted Studio Bloor Ceramics pieces to you safely and efficiently, offering both local delivery and studio pickup options.

1. Local Delivery (Calgary City Limits)

We offer convenient, flat-rate delivery for customers within the Calgary City Limits.

• Rate: A flat fee of $15.00 per order.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will be completed within 7 days of placing your order.
• Location Restrictions: I can deliver to residential, office addresses, or mutually agreed upon locations only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2. Pick Up (Free)

If you prefer to collect your order, free local pickup is available. Contactless pick up available via drop box.

• Location: SE Calgary. The address will be provided upon order.
  
• Schedule: Pickups must be scheduled in advance.
• Process: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with any necessary instructions for scheduling your pick up.
