Welcome to Studio Bloor Ceramics Founded by Susan Bloor, in Calgary Alberta.

I love creating beautiful, functional objects and selling them became a necessity (my cupboards ran out of space!). My professional life in the wine industry has instilled in me a deep appreciation for process, quality, and the details that elevate an experience. I bring that same careful intention to the potter's wheel.

The beauty of the handcrafted is in every mug, bowl, and bottle. Individually thrown, shaped, and glazed by hand, resulting in truly one-of-a-kind pieces. Please note that due to the handmade nature of the ceramics, no two pieces are exactly alike. You may notice subtle variations in size, color, or texture, what some might call "flaws," that contribute to the unique character and proof of the human touch.
